Deposit: 1/3 of the total amount at the booking time.
Booking cancellation: penalty of 1/3 of the total amount (deposit loss).
Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in, no-show, early departure: 100% penalty of the total amount.
Invalid credit card or insufficient funds: the reservation will be canceled if an alternative credit card is not provided within 12 hours from our communication.

Check-in: from 03:30 pm to 08:00 pm.
Check-out: by 10:00 am.

City tax: € 1.50 for person per night, during the period defined by the Municipality of San Vincenzo; children under the age of 12, guests who stay for work reasons, and differently abled people with one accompanying person are free of charge.

Parking: Public parking is free in all the streets adjacent to the hotel. Private underground parking is available on request upon vacancy at check-in, extra € 10.00 per day. Underground parking can be used by those who don't want to take the car every day, it is used as a deposit for some days.
Extra on request: Small pets allowed on request € 5.00 per night. Buffet breakfast in hotel € 10.00 per person per day. Extra bathroom towels change € 10.00 for Bilocale apartments / € 15.00 for Trilocale apartments.
